Services Offered

All sessions, readings, and spiritual services provided by Bunny Dupuis are for personal insight and guidance. These services are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice. Always consult a qualified provider for matters outside the scope of intuitive or spiritual guidance.

Eligibility
​
You must be 18 years or older to book a session, or have written parental or guardian consent. By booking, you confirm that you understand and accept the nature of the services offered.

No Guarantees
​
While Bunny brings years of experience and care to her sessions, all readings are intuitive in nature. Outcomes, accuracy, or personal interpretations of messages cannot be guaranteed.

Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling
​
Clients may reschedule their own appointments through the online booking system up to 12 hours before the scheduled session.
Rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours in advance are not guaranteed and may be treated as a late cancellation.
​
Cancellations
​
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee, up to the full session rate.
​
No-Shows and Late Arrivals
​
Clients who miss their appointment without prior notice (a no-show) may be required to prepay for future sessions or may be restricted from further bookings.
Repeated no-shows may result in termination of service.
​
Phone Sessions
​
For phone readings, please ensure you are available and ready at the scheduled time. Bunny will call the number provided.
If you do not answer within 10 minutes, the session may be considered a no-show and subject to the same policy. Missed calls will not be automatically rescheduled.

Groups, Galleries, and Private Events
​
Bookings for group readings, gallery-style sessions, and private events require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
Cancellations made within 72 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee, up to the full booking amount.
If fewer guests attend than expected, Bunny reserves the right to adjust the session format or fee accordingly. No-shows or late arrivals will not extend the scheduled time or reduce the cost.
