Cancellation Policy

Scheduling & Cancellation Policy By booking a session with Bunny Dupuis, you agree to the following terms: Rescheduling Clients may reschedule their own appointments through the online booking system up to 12 hours before the scheduled session. Rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours in advance are not guaranteed and may be treated as a late cancellation. Cancellations Please allow at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee, up to the full session rate. No-Shows & Late Arrivals Clients who miss their scheduled appointment without prior notice (a no-show) may be required to prepay for future sessions or may be restricted from booking further appointments. Repeated no-shows may result in termination of service. Phone Sessions If you have booked a phone reading, please ensure that you are available and ready to receive the call at your scheduled time. Bunny will call the number provided at the time of booking. If the client does not answer within 10 minutes of the scheduled time, the session may be considered a no-show and subject to the same policies outlined above. Missed calls will not be automatically rescheduled. Groups, Galleries, and Private Events Bookings for group readings, gallery-style sessions, and private events require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 72 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee, up to the full booking amount. In the event of a significant reduction in group size, Bunny reserves the right to adjust the session structure or pricing accordingly. Late arrivals or no-shows within a group will not extend the scheduled time or alter the agreed session rate. General Terms All services are by appointment only. Bunny reserves the right to modify or decline future appointments if these policies are not respected. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
