Let me tell you this. Spirit does not speak in the way we do. There are no booming voices from the sky or perfect sentences whispered in the dark. Most of the time, it comes as a feeling. A memory that pops into your head for no reason. A phrase you hear in your own voice but somehow know you did not create. It is subtle. But it is powerful.

The longer I do this work, the more I realize spirit is always trying to get through. Not just for me, but for everyone. Loved ones are never really gone. They just speak in quieter ways now.

Love is louder than death

I cannot count how many times I have felt a mother’s love come through so strong it brought tears to everyone in the room. Or a father’s pride. Or a friend’s laughter so clear it made us all smile. That kind of connection does not end. It only changes form.

They are often around when you are not looking

Spirit does not wait for you to be in a perfect meditative state. They show up when you are folding laundry or driving your car or standing in line at the store. That song that came on and reminded you of them? That was not an accident. That was a hello.

They care about your healing, not just your grief

Your loved ones do not just want to be remembered. They want to see you live. Fully. They show up to remind you that you are not alone. That you still have a purpose here. That it is okay to feel joy again.

You do not have to be a medium to feel them

You just have to be open. Talk to them. Light a candle. Sit with a photo. Ask a question before you go to sleep. Let your heart stay soft enough to receive.

I have had visits that changed lives. I have seen skeptics cry when their loved one mentioned a private joke only they would know. I have watched people walk into a reading burdened with sadness and leave with peace they had not felt in years.
